"Residenza Ariosto is an excellent place to stay in Bologna. The apartment is not luxurious but is clean ,comfortable and has everything you need. The apartments in via Marsala are in a great position to explore and enjoy Bologna. Instructions for check in are clear. This is our second stay and we highly recommend."

"The location can be quite noisey from the outside bin collection at late hours at night, but overall a very pleasant stay. The sofa beds could do with an upgrade. The mattresses were a little uncomfortable."

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described, close to shopping, restaurants, and just a short walk to the historic center. We had trouble accessing the building with the provided entry code and our host quickly responded and resolved our issue. He was helpful and responsive anytime we needed assistance. "Being right between Misano and Católica makes the experience unique and full of options to enjoy beaches baths and restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the free hotel bicycles every day. The apartment was much nicer than what old reviews mentioned.The only issue was the bad surprise due to lack of notice from Wotif that the linen was not included in the price, which added a substantial extra cost to the stay and that the pool was already closed, again poorly stated in the Wotif ad and in the...

"Great apartment but the building is undergoing some massive renovation and there was a lot of noise during the day and construction scaffolds everywhere. Both balconies in the apartment had scaffolding out front so we couldn’t use them and had to keep the windows closed. The area isn’t great, typical university type vibe. Didn’t feel unsafe at all, but lots of graffiti. If we go back I’d probably choose a place closer to piazza maggiorie. "

"My stay was truly wonderful. The apartment is located in an easily accessible part of Bologna, just a short walk to everything you could possibly want to do and see. Wonderful restaurants are directly next to and across the street from the apartment. The area is quiet and extremely safe. The apartment itself is very clean and modern. I loved having a nicely furnished kitchen for once on vacation. I would stay here again with no reservations whatsoever. "

"The immediate area around the location is not heavily touristed and you can get a genuine local experience. 5 to 10 minutes walking towards the centre of town and the action picks up. Bedroom, lounge and kitchen are all clean and comfortable. The little balcony is where we finished every evening listening to sounds of life. Great stay."

"This was a great place for a few days stopover. Side street location, minutes away from the University area, bars, shops etc. Easy access to the centre of Bologna, 15 minutes walk to the main train station. Easy communication via text and would certainly consider a further stay, next time i am in Bologna"

"My wife and i really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It felt like a much-loved home. It was a little dated in some respects (bathroom and kitchen) but this added to its natural charm for us. Also, while there was noise into some rooms from the busy piazza outside, it offered a sense of vibrancy to our stay, and connection to Bologna. We especially loved the size of the apartment, perfect for a longer stay of 16 nights. We hope to return as soon as possible. Thank you!"

"We had a wonderful 7-night stay over the holidays, We selected Casa nel Paradiso based on the stellar VRBO reviews and the location and it was an absolute delight. "The hotel was very smart, our room was huge (we only booked a basic standard) Breakfast had a large selection of food and drinks. The hotel is a bit out of the city but there is a bus stop about a 3 minute walk away that can take you anywhere in Bologna"

"It was alow key relaxing place, plus I did my laundry on site. I came to Bolonga because I read that it had great food, but I was tired after each day of walking seeing the sites that I endedup eating at the hotel. I could wear anything and relax and the was ok. The staff is so friendly and helpful...thank you!! The room was very clean and well equiped."
