"Sehr schön. Sehr schöner Blick von der großen Terrasse auf den See, abends besonders schön, wenn die Lichter in Stresa oder auf der anderen Seite in Baveno leuchten. Der Strand ist nicht eit weg, vielleicht 15-20 min zu Fuß. Es ist abgeschlossenes Gelände. Das kann man auf einem zur Wohnung gehörigen überdachten Parkplatz abstellen. Kommen bestimmt wieder einmal her. "

"The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had a fabulous stay. The flat is gorgeous, warm, roomy and very clean. It sits above a wonderful coffee and pastry shop and we woke to amazing smells every morning. The location is perfect. We highly recommend this property."

"We reserved, paid for, and had confirmed a two night stay at this property. When we arrived, the host/property owner shared that the property had been double booked and that we would be able to stay in the apartment the second night only. They did provide another property for the first night instead. It was not as nice, it was not as spacious, and no expansive terrace with the beautiful view. We also then had to move to the new apartment after the first night which took time out of our vacation....

"My friend had found and rented a unit in this building two floors above our ground level one. When we decided to join in on part of their trip, we were able to get another in the same spot. It is convenient to Stresa but out of the bustle and with an incredible view of Lake Maggiore. The unit was spotless, modern with white as the dominate color, making it feel light open and airy. Appointments felt upscale and comfortable. The owners live in the very top unit and we’re readily accessible but...

"The apartment is like a 1970s time capsule! We were a bit shocked at first, but it is super clean and in great shape. There is a washer if you need it and a kitchen with everything you need. The porch is huge with gorgeous views of the lake. As far as I know, there is no wifi. I reached out and never heard back. There also is no shower, but there is a tub with a shower head on a hose. "This is an apartment without traditional concierge. Once booked, they start to communicate with you till you check in. They gave a pass code to enter main and unit door. Overall is nice on the interior. Exterior/Surrounding are very run down. No shower curtain around the bath tub, so after bath, water all over the place. "
