"Perfect for visitors to the old town. The only issue we encountered was with the kitchen appliances like the toaster and water boiler due to an electrical load problem. We reported it and hope they address the matter. Aside from that, everything was great, and we’d definitely rent the place again. The air conditioning was perfect!😊"

"We had a wonderful stay in Nervi. The apartment is in a great location overlooking the harbor. Our host met us on arrival (at short notice we arrived earlier than scheduled and he was very accommodating). He spent time telling us about local places to eat and how to navigate the buses and trains. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. Highly recommend! "

It has a lift which comes in handy! It feels like home and I can’t wait until we have another opportunity to return! "This was a very nice little stay for my family of 5. We got in REALLY late and had issues opening the door. I called and got an answer right away. The wifi puck wouldn't hold a charge, so the wifi was spotty but other than that it was perfect. I should mention that I didn't call or email about the wifi so I can't speak to their responsivness on that. I assume it would have been fixed if I'd reached out. It just wasn't that important to me. The AC is AMAZING! I will book again when I come back...

En general nuestra estadia estuvo bien , pero en algunas habitaciones faltaba mobiliario, la habitacion de mas arriba no tenia almohadas ni velador, asi tambien faltaban algunas frazadas"

"Location was excellent, very central for exploring, but that’s where the good rating ends. The accomodation was very run down and in need of TLC and refurbishment. It was reminiscent of student living back in the 90’s! For example, the coffee machine was broken, there was only one wine glass, some plug sockets were hanging off the wall, light bulbs out and windows wouldn't shut. It’s a good job that the weather was pleasant for our stay because we were not allowed to have the heating on!...

"Das Appartment ist top, genau wie auf den Fotos, man hat alles was man benötigt. 2 kleine Reklamationen wurden von Federico sofort behoben, danke dafür !Allerdings hatten wir während den 2 Wochen sehr sehr laute Nachbarn im Appartment über uns, gefühlt war dort Party ohne Ende. An der Geräuschisolation müsste eventuell gearbeitet werden."

"Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in famiglia con due cani. Struttura appena ristrutturata, di ottimo pregio. Sarebbe tutto perfetto se non per due dettagli... Il portasaponetta, se apro la saponetta non so dove riporla, la doccia, l'assenza della porta fa sì che il bagno si allagghi leggermente e il bagno un po' piccolo. Ottimo il personale, professionale e disponibilissimo. Grazie torneremo sicuramente."
