"Great location in beautiful Polanco area. Lots of restaurants and shops. Service was exceptional. Especially concierge, Leonel Garcia and Andros were very efficient in communicating with me on whats app and in person. They booked restaurants and shows that were difficult for me to do. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. There are several restaurants to choose from in the hotel. Defintely recommend and will stay here again."
