The building is small. New and modern. What I did not like is that our rooms where located in a basement so we felt in an enclosed space and didn’t have a view. Everything is new. Modern. Comfortable.

Wonderful property. Would not recommend studio with private balcony as it is actually in the basement/lower level. Guests in next room had a dog that barked incessantly, which interrupted our stay.

Worst hotel I have ever staiy in. When we got into the room, we founded there were lots of hairs in between the sheets, a staff have to come from her house to change the beds (there is no one on premise in the night, except for a security guard). Our room had a balcony and glass windows doors. There was so much noise, we couldn’t sleep all night, we could even hear people talking while they pass by. I told the staff about the situation and they change me to a much smaller room (but there was no more noise) The next day the elevator broke, so we have to go up and down the stairs for the rest of our stay in the place. I paid top dollar because it’s location. But it really was a nightmare. To exit the hotel, the security guard most press a bottom to open the door, I don’t think the fire department could have approved this. And while we stay we notice the same security guard for 24 hours and the then another for 14 hours. i Ask about this and I was told they do not have enough personnel!!!

La opción de hospedarse aquí, en el corazón de Polanco, es excelente. Cerca de todo a pie, el sitio es muy bonito y está muy bien cuidado. La terraza, increíble y las habitaciones, limpias, bien diseñadas y cómodas. Lo único es que los cuartos que dan a la avenida Moliere son un poco ruidosos de noche. Lo bueno es que dan tapones para los oídos. Sería bueno que pensaran en poner doble ventana aislante del ruido.
