"This is my preferred hotel for Mexico City trips. The check-in is very easy and the staff is extremely attentive. The breakfast buffet has so many options and you meet so many people during breakfast. The first night I was placed in a room with an exterior window on the first floor which was extremely noisy. The staff was nice enough to move me to a different room where I was able to get some good rest. So keep in mind if you're a light sleeper ask for a room that does not face the main road. That one was also next to the upstairs patio / Jim door so during the day it was constant open and close. However at night it was quiet."
