"It was not our first time here but the first with this brand. We loved it because from the time you arrive till you leave they make you feel like you’re the most important guest ever. Location is excellent a block away from the main plaza. They are pet friendly just be aware that there’s a surcharge of $17 usd per night. "The staff are very friendly and the location is nice for walking around the centro historico. There is no parking at the hotel, but there is private parking steps away. The main downside is that there are not a lot of great restaurants in the area."
