"Beautiful property with a very luxurious feel. Staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. The piano in the lobby at night was a lovely bonus. Rooms were cleaned daily and water/chocolates provided in the evenings. Everything was clean and the rooms were very quiet. "We just stayed for a week at Sonder Malasaña and it was great. The location can't be beat, it's walking distance from everything. The place is nice and clean. There is no front desk but they are SUPER responsive on WhatsApp and help you with anything you need right away. Definitely would stay here again"

"The apartment is perfectly situated in the middle of everything you want in Madrid. We had access to all grocery stores and restaurants within 2 blocks. "Although this hotel is in a busy area convenient to shopping and sites, it was very quiet in the room. The room was lovely, comfortable and very clean with all necessary amenities. The rooftop terrace was amazing, with a bar that served food also. The breakfast area had a terrace also with a great view and great breakfast choices. I will definitely return! "

"Excellent location and professional service. Room was well decorated, clean and comfortable. The tradeoff of excellent location in Madrid is difficult access. We had to haul with our bags some distance before reaching the hotel. We paid for a superior room but view was mediocre. We don't particularly like the open closed format, but considering all other pluses, it was not a big deal. Overall the experience was excellent. "
