"From start to finish we greatly enjoyed our stay. We were greeted by a very warm welcome which was also most helpful. The housekeeping staff were very lovely, efficient and friendly. The app was most helpful in sharing information and quick communication. We had a problem with our toilet which was quickly resolved. The staff greeting us at breakfast were welcoming and friendly. "A lovely hotel with great facilities and bedrooms, the only thing letting it down was the restaurant. Only stayed one night but the quantity, quality and variety of the food was poor. Difficulty in finding plates and extra cutlery and food was not topped up in a timely manner. Pity as in all other aspects the hotel was great.
