"Superb escape for some Easter sun. The only negative is they need to enforce the 1 hour sunbed reservation rule. Too many people take advantage and turn it into a towels-on-sunbed race in the morning, which really spoils the whole experience."

"The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The layout of the resort is beautiful. Our suite was very comfortable. The towels were the largest, softest we’ve ever had, the pool towels too. "This hotel is huge, has lovely rooms and great food. We stayed in the adult only area which had the additional benefit of a large heated pool and separate dining area. The rooms were regularly cleaned and well looked after with a sea view room being a highlight of the holiday. "Great hotel overall. This was our second visit this year we have noticed however the staff are not as good as they were before. We stayed in a pool view preferred club room and had a partial ocean view. Room was great, breakfast was nice apart from trying to get a coffee was almost impossible. "Our economy room was clean and had a great shower at the start of our stay with lots of hot water but for some unknown reason the shower become almost cold by the end of the week. Even though we had superb weather we still like a warm shower. Our room was basic but good enough for what we wanted as out most of the time. Would stay here again if on a budget. One of the rooms overlooking the pool would have been a nicer location i think."

"A lovely hotel with great facilities and bedrooms, the only thing letting it down was the restaurant. Only stayed one night but the quantity, quality and variety of the food was poor. Difficulty in finding plates and extra cutlery and food was not topped up in a timely manner. Pity as in all other aspects the hotel was great. Poorest food we’ve ever had in H10 hotels or indeed in any other 4* hotels."

"The hotel is beautiful, rooms are wonderful, food is very good. It is centrally located so you can easily visit the whole island. The hotel is somewhat sparsely staffed, but everyone is friendly and helpful. We visited during the summer and the trade winds were so strong umbrellas couldn't be opened, which left us with no shade whatsoever. Kitesurfing was great though! Overall a wonderful stay."

"My family and i have just arrived back from this property...what can i say other than it was perfect!! Pascual and Pam are fantastic hosts who go out of their way to welcome you and make sure you settle in. The property is situated perfectly within an easy walk to anything you could want or need as well as offering stunning views of the ocean. I would happily recommend this to anyone especially a family with young people (ours were 7 & 3). Thank you Pascual for an amazing place to spend our holiday!! "

"First time we had stayed at this property. We were recommended by friends who had stayed previously. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, 2 adults 1 child and there was more than enough room. The apartments were clean and tidy. There was plenty of activities for children to get involved in throughout the day. The Flamingo Beach is right on the doorstep with a supermarket and restaurants 2 mins walk. It's a 25 minute taxi ride from the airport and 10-15 min walk to Playa Dorada Beach via the coastline with lots of bars restaurants to choose from. Great week and would definitely recommend. "

"From start to finish we greatly enjoyed our stay. We were greeted by a very warm welcome which was also most helpful. The housekeeping staff were very lovely, efficient and friendly. The app was most helpful in sharing information and quick communication. We had a problem with our toilet which was quickly resolved. The staff greeting us at breakfast were welcoming and friendly. We would certainly recommend the hotel and look forward to our next stay."

The Perfect Villa

"The villa was in a lovely location, spotlessly clean,very comfortable & very well maintained. It was incredibly well equipped, everything you would ever need was there, from plug adapter to towel clips. The complex was gorgeous, again very well maintained. The reception staff were very helpful & pleasant,any issues we had were promptly solved. Finally Andy the owner went far & beyond our expectations always prompt to reply & very helpful. Thankyou for a wonderful holiday,we will return. sunbed clips."

"Super location - nice apt on a complex with a great pool. Loved sitting on the patio and theres plenty of shade. Great communication with the owner who left a welcome back with reception and allowed us a late checkout which meant a relaxing last day."
