"Bad start to our stay. Booked a table for dinner on the first night. When we turned up to eat the table we had chosen had been allocated to a party of 6 and we were informed no one can book a table!! The member of staff who told us this was quite off hand and rude. Really bad communication. The accommodation itself was good and the reception staff were excellent "

"Nice setting close to airport. Four star buffet with few options for vegans and slightly better for vegetarians. Rooms now dated and ripe for refurbishment - many communal spaces (bar, restaurant, show bar, pools) already updated and look great. Selection of bars / restaurants in immediate area including gift shops selling the usual tack. Well maintained promenade / cycle lanes running east towards airport and west towards Puerto del Carmen. "

"Since 2014 we've stayed here at least 8 times. What makes us return are the staff, the pool area and the location. Close enough to the beach, restaurants and bars but far away from the noise. The accommodation provides pristine outside spaces. The pool area is spacious, you're never too close to other bathers. On the ground floor you get your apartment sun bed area. On the upper floor a private balcony with table and chairs, again good enough for sitting in the sun. The apartments are cleaned...

"The hotel is in a great location next to the promenade, great for walking, running and cycling etc. Not so good though if you want to be in the thick of the action. We had a standard that iwas spacious and clean if perhaps a little dated (no complaints from us though for the price we paid). The food is typical All Inclusve but we liked having a choice for lunch. "We enjoyed a 2 night stay a this hotel. We didn’t arrive until late evening on our first night due to plane delays so we had missed any entertainment and evening meal, but they did supply a pack of sandwiches, juice and fruit. The room and hotel were very clean and modern. There were beverages supplied in our room but mainly coffee and tiny cups. So being British I would have liked a cup of ordinary tea and milk. The food selection in the restaurants was very good, nicely presented and a great variety. The entertainment team were very good and worked very hard to keep you enjoying your stay. My big criticism was as usual when abroad, there were a lot of saving sun beds around the pools with towels, so the only ones available were in the shade. Hotels should stop this happening as it spoils it for the guest that aren’t as selfish as to do this. I would still recommend this hotel though as everything else is really goid."
