"This property is in dire need of a good make over. Electrics needs to be looked at as kept tripping. Balcony needs updated. Kitchen was poor with crockery and glasses on shelves. Cutlery just lying out on worktop. Main door looks like it had been kicked in as the framework was damaged along with the letterbox. The only nice thing was the bathroom. I would not go back and would not recommend it."

"It was well equipped both inside and outside. The coffee, wine, water and condiments all made settling in easy. The patio got the sun from 9am to 4pm and then you could catch the evening sun at the front. We spent a lot of time relaxing or eating outside."

From the moment of arrival we were bowled over by the villa, the extremely high standard of the furnishings and the equipment provided - you could not want for more. Our host was amazing and always on hand via WhatsApp to help whether it was sorting extra towels or advice on where to eat. A fantastic venue coupled with incredible personal service - what more could you ask for !! We will 100% be returning as I think we would struggle to find better. Keep...

"Great hotel, mainly catering to LGBTQ+ travellers, but as they say, they are hetero friendly too. Breakfast is always excellent. A good sized pool with a jacuzzi on the side. Slightly let down by the hotel bar shutting at 18:00, but I guess it made sense with Yumbo just round the corner where all the nice bars are in Playa del Inglés. Would love to stay again."

"The hotel could have had a fridge in the room like most hotels I have stayed at. They never even had a bin in the room either. Didn’t have bottled water you have to get it from a tap even tho it was all inclusive. They charged fifty euros for a deposit when you arrive at the hotel which I don’t know why this is ?? No where on the booking does it say that they do this."

"Just back today from a brilliant 4 nights at this hotel. Room was very comfortable and got the sun all evening 446. Love it so much that I looked into extending my stay but hotel was at capacity :("
