"We had a lovely week here, there was a small problem with water supply on NewYears eve(not the fault of the hotel as it materialised) but it was sorted out quickly. Julia was a lovely host. There are amazing sunrises every morning which can be seen from the balcony and it easy to get on to the beach to do the amazing walk to Maspalomas. Thanks Julia x"

"This is a beautiful hotel, staff are wonderful. Very welcoming and friendly. It is very modern and chic with beautiful views from the 360 bar and restaurant on the 8th floor. Food and drink quality was also very good. It is in a great location with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"From check-in to check-out, the staff were amazing. We did not come across any staff member that did not provide exceptional service - from the front desk, to the bars to the restaurants. Our room was very clean, and we were happy to see that all rooms have a balcony so no worries about missing out on that. More than enough sunbeds around the pool and surrounding areas for anyone who wanted them and we did not see any sunbed reserving at early hours. Definitely recommend trying the burger at the...

"I have stayed here a number of times before - it is clean, modern, well furbished and well located 5 mins walk from either the Yumbo or the Beach. It has two good pools and entertainment nightly. It was full on my recent visit and unfortunately for some reason staff were reserving large numbers of loungers before dawn each morning for guests who actually sometimes didn't use them during the day. This was annoying as these were in the best spots which meant you had to keep trying to move around...
