"Clean apartment rooms with excellent room service every day when needed. Friendly staff who are very helpful. The hotel is in an area downtown that is walkable to most places and about a 15-20 min walk to the waterfront. It was right next to the conference centre. There is free parking for hotel guests as well which was very handy as we rented a car for our trip."

"We had a shaky start to our vacation due to missing luggage, a very late check-in, and the rooms we booked not being available. However, Ricardo and Alan went above and beyond to make sure our luggage was picked up and we had great rooms! Love them! Would definitely stay here again!"
