Stillwell operates with open seating before 5 PM, but it gets lively and bustling as the evening progresses, so it's a great idea to arrive early if you prefer a more relaxed atmosphere. The service was exceptional -- warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Since we mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary, they surprised us with complimentary champagne, a lovely and thoughtful touch that made our evening even more special.
