"Don’t stay anywhere else! Always my first choice! "

"We stayed here for 3 nights in Sept 2024 for our Disney trip. The was our first time staying here but we have stayed at other hotels on Harbor. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the parks -- super convenient! There is lots of parking at the hotel, I believe it was around $16-$20USD a night to park our vehicle. Rollaway beds are provided at no extra expense. The lobby has coffee in the morning and ice water in the afternoon. We felt the room was clean and had mostly everything we needed. There is no daily housekeeping other than fresh towels and emptying garbages but that wasn't a big deal to us. Our room didn't have a safe but it's my understanding that most of the rooms do. I would also suggest having the ice water available in the morning along with the coffee so guests can fill their water bottles on the way to the parks. Overall, a great experience!"

"Their breakfast is amazing. The service personnel and housekeeping were super friendly and accommodating. Rooms weren't serviced but they would if you asked. Rooms were mostly clean and in ok condition given the traffic they have due to the close proximity to the amusement parks. Outside and outdoor halls could get very noisy as people get back from their day trips which is expected again due to the location near parks. Parking is on premises but could get very full so you have to park far from your room unless you get lucky. Overall, would definitely stay again."

"Walk was closer than we thought. Water pressure for showers is not good at all. Also would request different room because it was really loud for traffic at night. We would for sure book again "
