"The chair in the living area broke when we lift it up. One of the patio chair legs were old that when a member in the family sat down it bend all the way to the ground. This person only weight 130s lbs, not 200 lbs. Another outdoor chair had a big hold in the seat already cover up by a cushion. The place could use a good cleaning and check on their furniture’s inside and outside."

"The best thing about this property is the fact that it’s 2 blocks from the beach. However the house is very old and dated and in need of some upgrades. The bed upstairs was very squeaky and bouncy and the downstairs bed was rock hard. No Kleenex which is crazy. Weird wiring such that you can’t make coffee and run the dishwasher? Not great to have an unsafe situation with the electrical. Again location is amazing but nothing else special about this place. We didn’t cook at all and was just fine...

"Loved this cottage! It was exactly as described, close to the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We rented bikes at Newport Pier, about 4 blocks from the house. They do have a small garage but we parked on the street. My husband and I stayed with our 2 teenage kids."
