"I enjoyed my stay but it is a bit far from other sites of attraction. It is however close to several restaurants and shopping. Staff was really nice and our room was clean. It is great that breakfast is included as well. Our room was a bit small but the great service and cleaning made it a comfortable stay. "

"Hotel is a "minimalist" hotel. But price value for price paid is excellent Rooms are small but have the necessary and are clean. Hotel could do with a bit of renovation, especially hallways and doors and some small details. Staff very good, and service really good. Breakfast good for price paid. Location is good, in the Pinheiros area with many good restaurants close by. Metro station 5 minute walk from the property, and Uber service very fast. "

"The apartment are perfect for a short stay, and it is very well located. The problem was the communication channel with Charlie is not very helpful. We had Wi-Fi problems, they can couldn’t fix, we asked to an early check-in an no support on this side too. They always recommend us to talk with the front desk of the building. But since is a residential building, they couldn’t help much too. The stay only compensates because of the location and the price."

"Overall it seems like the minimum amount of effort goes into operating this apartment. Even though check in is supposed be 3pm, I arrived after 5pm and had to wait 30 minutes for the cleaning to be finished. I agree with the past comment about dirty grout in the shower. Also, the dish sponge was dirty and even though there was a coffee machine, there were no coffee pods. The 24 hour automated mart was really convenient for snack/drink purchases."

"The apartment was nice. The building was nice, and the staff was very nice. The free laundry was wonderful. My only complaint is that I was turned away with a small group of 3 friends that were going to rest during the carnival for an hour or so. I was told that I was not allowed to have ANY guests in the apartment. This policy was not explicitly stated in the listing and it came as kind of a surprise and a disappointment. "

"We had another amazing stay at Rosewood. There was a small issue with our room, but it was quickly resolved by Nathalia, the manager at the time, and her team, who went above and beyond. Nathalia made sure every detail of our stay was perfect—not only for us, but also for our guests. Her attention and care truly made the difference. We will keep coming back "

"Fiquei hospedado por 4 dias , fui muito bem atendido pelos staff do lobby, foi muito bem recebido pelo pessoal que atende na aérea do café da manhã , que estava muito bom! O quarto que eu fiquei foi muito bem organizado! Se tiver alguma oportunidade voltarei novamente!"
