"The location is in a really safe area which was nice and I appreciated that. That being said, the TV didn't work properly, all of the lights flickered badly, all of the sinks leaked badly to the point where they nearly didn't work, and the whole room smelled like cigarettes. Furthermore, the wifi barely worked which was frustrating because my partner's phone is from the US so in order from him to connect to the internet, he needed to use the internet because he didn't have data. "This hotel is located in a convenient part of town with bus and metro access close by. The rooms were a little dated but clean. I wish they offered an empty fridge rather than one full of things to purchase. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Fernanda, the person in charge of my floor was wonderful! Muito obrigada."

"Expensive room for what it was. Dead cockroaches on the floor. Massive ants too. Couldn't close 1 of the windows cos it was wired open so was eaten by mossies all night. The front gate was padlocked which is good for safety (on the edge of a sketchy area) but couldn't get out in the morning and no one to be seen. Not usually a hater and have stayed in some dodgy places without criticism before but people should know that it's not too great"
