The Checkin process was long perhaps because it was made with Expedia 20 mins prior to arrival but they could not find my reservation. The room was big but had paint peeling paint. The pool and sauna were nice but the wooden floors of the pool area was shading / peeling off. The staff was pleasant

Hotel needs maintenance, dirty stained walls, bad smell, trash on the hall not collected daily. We arrived with a baby and had to wait to make sure the room was ok for us, when we got there the lights did not work, we had to return to the front desk, wait and check ourselves for the new room. Not a safe area to walk.

Was a bit disappointed with the communicstion and the fact that the cleaning staff threw away stuff that I saved for taking back to sweden. A Iron Maiden Glass for example. Hugely disappointed that the staff didn't answer on whatsapp when I made a Complain about this. Also the room service menu and whatsapp order for the room service didn't work....

Horrible place. Front desk was not helpful. Overpriced , my room has a broken door. No phone, no wifi no room service nothing. I felt this was a ripoff. The sheets were dirty and the breakfast in the morning was a disaster. No plates no mugs ,I will never stay in this place. Not as pictured. Horrible stay.

Muitos pontos negativos
Esperava mais. Fiz dois pedidos por delivery, após pegar o primeiro, um recepcionista disse que quando chegar, ele avisava, fiquei esperando e nada, até que mandei mensagem para o restaurante que disse ja ter sido entregue, desci para ver e estava la ja tinha mais de 10 minutos, estava quase fria a comida. Não havia nenhum talher, tentei entrar em contato algumas vezes a noite e não tive respostas, o café da manhã incluso, muito mal explicado, tinha que descer no andar e não me falaram isso e também não falaram nada sobre consumir algumas coisas que já haviam no quarto, fiquei em dúvida se era cortesia ou não, no final não era, por mais que seja caro o valor dos produtos, preço não era o problema, mas, faltou a comunicação, e por fim, o ar-condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando. No geral, não iria novamente, apenas pelo preço para passar uma noite, tinha um recepcionista bem legal, mas faltou comunicação no geral.

O café da manhã razoalvel. Os bolos sem gosto e velhos. Os paes e croissant duros, nao tinha pao frances fresquinho. Suco laranja devia ser de caixinha. No chao do corredor do meu andar, um prato de comida sujo, talheres e copo no chao por todos os dias de minha estadia. As paredes e portas do quarto sujas. Piscina com azulejos soltos e quebrados na beirada, perigoso causar ferimentos.

Adorei! Voltaria com certeza!
Estava com muito receio de me hospedar no hotel, devido às muitas avaliações negativas, porém eu fiquei muito satisfeita. Fui a um show no Allianz Parque, então escolhi esse hotel pela distância que é até ok. No checkin tive um problema com o quarto, pois reservei um quarto com uma cama king e me colocaram em um quarto com duas camas de solteiro, mas resolveram rapidamente. Minha única questão é que a cama “king” é uma cama normal, um pouco maior que uma cama de solteiro, mas também não foi um problema. Achei o hotel uma graça, bonito, limpo e aconchegante. O meu quarto estava tudo ok. As recepcionistas simpáticas. Infelizmente o tempo não ajudou, então não pude explorar as áreas externas. O café da manhã achei bom também, o povo que é muito exigente, quer um café colonial. No mais, eu voltaria com certeza!

Boa estadia, atendeu as expectativas
Foi uma estadia curta, mas bem confortável. O quarto atendeu minhas expectativas, mas o serviço de limpeza acabou nos acordando para perguntar se gostaria de limpeza de quarto, ou seja, não tem nenhuma plaqueta de comunicação para não ser incomodado. A avenida também é bastante movimentada, da pra ouvir bem os barulhos sonoros de dentro do quarto (fiquei no segundo andar), então recomendo pegar andares mais altos.

Bom, mas está ficando velho e precisa de reforma.
O apartamento em que ficamos possuía dois quartos, sala, cozinha e um banheiro. Sala grande, quartos do tamanho normal, porém com o ar condicionado muito antigo e com aparência de necessidade de limpeza. O banheiro era muito pequeno, com ventilação forçada, sem janela ou ventilação natural e os ralos exalavam mal cheiro. Colchões muito flexíveis para o padrão que gostamos (mais firmes).
