The hotel is in a good location. The room was tiny, with the sink in the main room rather than the bathroom. The food at breakfast was pretty mediocre compared to the food at all the other hotels we'd stayed at.

Estadia muito boa, só não dei 5 estrelas para tudo, pelo motivo do hotel não oferecer acesso a agua potável, sem cobrança adicional. Se corrigir isso fica perfeito.

Olha confesso que vendo as avaliações fiquei um pouco receosa, mas fui totalmente surpreendida, hotel muito confortável, quarto extremamente limpo, é sim um pouco pequeno, mas tem várias prateleiras que você consegue organizar as coisas facilmente! Com certeza ficaria novamente hospedada por aqui!

Evite este hotel se for possível.
Hotel ruim. Quartos com janelas que não abrem, e por serem pequenos, criam um ambiente claustrofóbico. Serviços dos atendentes do hall são horríveis. Quando passamos pelo hall e a porta automática abriu, minha esposa pisou em um vidro quebrado (havia uma garrafa de heineken quebrada enfrente a entrada principal - para passar era necessário desviar). Falamos com o atendente que havia uma garrafa quebrada e ele disse que não tinha ninguém para tirar no momento. Ao descer, ele estava sozinho sem atender ninguém e sequer levantou para remover os cacos. Exemplos como estes foram diversos, tais como tratar com grosseria ao pedir as chaves ou fazer qualquer pedido. O cofre não funcionava e pedimos para arrumar, o atendente disse que não tinha ninguém para arrumar. No café, o pão de queijo é ruim, os ovos mexidos são aguados e sem gosto, e sempre filas para o café. Frigobar também não funcionava e com tantos problemas, desistimos de pedir um novo quarto porque tudo parece ser um fardo para os funcionários do hotel. Nossa conclusão é que ali há sempre muita gente precisando de estadia, pois está próximo do Brás e Santa Efigênia e não precisam fazer esforço nenhum para tratar bem os hospedes, visto que sempre estará lotado. Portanto, se puder evite este hotel. Não vale a pena tentar ser cordial e não conseguir porque os funcionários fazem questão de serem grosseiros e mal humorados.

Fiz a reserva para meu pai dormir. Ele gostou muito do quarto, queixou-se somente do cheiro do colchão. Odor de suor. Roupa de cama estava limpa, era do colchão mesmo. Atenção equipe, talvez necessite de higienização. Café da Manhã muito bom.

Quarto muito pequeno. Cafe da manha bom. Bem localizado. Metro perto. Tem estacionamento que o unico problema é que fica so um manobrista, entao se vc tiver com pressa tem que esperar a sua vez para ele tirar o seu carro.
