Nice place with friendly staff. The units are quites small, but perfect for 1 person. Best shower I’ve had in years - I wish I had one of those at home. A bit noisy. I was on the 10th floor with the windows shut, and could hear the street traffic and live music from the restaurant downstairs - which was over before 10pm.

The primary reason for my poor review for this property is because even though the room was ready, they would not let me check in early, at noon. They wanted to charge me an exorbitant fee for checking in early. And even though I was checking out of the hotel very early the following morning (6 AM) and so would overall spend much less than 24 hours in the room.

Una muy buena opción en Av. Paulista, cercana a tiendas, restaurantes y otros sitios de interés de esta gran ciudad. Edificio en excelentes condiciones, habitación cómoda y buen servicio de alimentos, así como una agradable atención por parte del personal, que incluso sin saber el idioma, buscaba apoyar. El punto negativo fue que al llegar, no tenían sincronizado su sistema con el de Expedia, por lo que no aparecía mi reservación, incluso haciendo previamente el check in en línea, así es que tuvieron que alojarme la primera noche en una habitación más pequeña que la seleccionada. En la segunda habitación la señal de Internet era muy débil y no pudo resolverse.

Ficamos quase 10 dias completos no Apê e sinceramente, amamos! No dia que chegamos ficamos no 3 andar, nosso ar não funcionou muito bem durante a noite e no outro dia relatei com um dos funcionários que rapidamente nos remanejou para outro Apê(fomos para o 1311). A limpeza do ambiente estava ótima! Tudo cheiroso e bem organizado. Para quem gosta de ficar na paulista ou proximidades é uma ótima localização. (Fácil acesso a uber, metrô..) Os funcionários sempre muito educados e prestativos. Com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar no Apê Smart studios| unidade Haddock lobo.

Ótima localização, fácil acesso a diversos restaurantes, bares, padarias e lanchonetes, uma estação de metrô na porta, além de haver um restaurante no próprio prédio que também serve o café da manhã. Hospedagem muito agradável associado a ótima localização. Nossa estadia foi com café também bom, não sentimos falta de nada relevante. Muito limpo. Se a cama fosse maior seria melhor, mas não chegou a prejudicar. Fiquei no 1°andar voltado para a avenida e o som de fora não chegou a incomodar, depois vi que a janela tava com uma pequena folga mas nada também que prejudicou a dormida. Fica na porta do metrô da Consolação. Se for chegar antes do check in recomendo chegar bem cedo pra tentar usar algum bagageiro. Quando chegamos estavam cheios e precisei andar mais e pagar fora para guardar a mala até voltar, ou tentar chegar em voo a tarde caso va com bagagem!
