A localização é excelente, porém o quarto que fiquei não isola muito bem o som externo e pessoas mal educadas passam conversando nos corredores, incomodando quem está tentando dormir. Além disso o banheiro (coletivo) fedia a urina. Pode melhorar.

A hospedagem foi maravilhosa! Houve um contratempo com uma falta de água mas foi logo resolvido. O quarto é muito confortavel, o atendimento é excelente, a localização estratégica. Meu quarto era em frente aos banheiros e escutava bastante os movimentos nos corredores mas não incomodou. Apenas acho que falta colocarem uma placa nos banheiros para manter a porta fechada. Em geral a estadia foi excelente.

O quarto que fiquei mal cabe a cama de solteiro, ou seja, não possui banheiro no quarto, apenas fora, compartilhado. Porém tem condicionador de ar, tomada e cobertor. E a localização do hotel é excelente. Ficaria mais vezes, peço preço.

A acústica do local é bem ruim, as paredes são muito finas então qualquer barulho dá para ouvir e os códigos das portas fazem um barulho muito alto o que atrapalha bastante para conseguir dormir, depois da meia noite nao houve muito barulho mas a partir das 5hrs quando as pessoas começaram a acordar o barulho dos códigos das portas e das pias que eu ficam abertas bem em frente aos quartos começou a incomodar, dificultando a dormir

Fiquei 2 noites. Uma no quarto cápsula. Ele é exatamente isso. O único problema é que o isolamento acústico não é perfeito e dá para escutar a pessoa ao lado. Fiquei uma noite no quarto de casal. Ótimo tamanho. O banheiro é coletivo e muito limpo. O chuveiro é bom. O hotel é bem limpo. Tem gente limpando o hotel o tempo todo. A localização durante o dia é ótima. Perto do metrô e da avenida Paulista. A noite não andaria ali sozinho.

CUSTO BENEFÍCIO MUITO BOM
Fiquei na cápsula menor que tinha, pra uma noite tá excelente, tudo limpo, ar condicionado. Já fiquei em hotéis o dobro do preço e que era um lixo. Esse é simples mas muito bem cuidado. Nada a reclamar, bom e barato, para quem quer uma estadia rápida, apenas pra dormir, esse é a pedida. Localização top, tem supermercado, estacionamento, você economiza na estadia e ainda tem uma estrutura em volta muito boa. Nota 10.

Hotel/Hostel com ótima localização e boa estrutura. Porém os quartos são muito pequenos, só tem o espaço de uma cama e isso não está claro na hora de fazer a reserva. O quarto econômico, pelo tamanho e pelo preço não valem a pena.

Surpresa ruim ao abrir a porta do quarto.
No site para reserva do quarto não havia informação de fácil visualização que o que estava sendo reservado era uma unidade de 0,90x2,5m, sem pia e sem banheiro. Um quarto com uma cama e ar condicionado. Não havia sequer espaço para esticar os braços. Se fez necessário que eu fizesse um up grade para uma suíte, pois não havia quarto com cama de solteiro e banheiro.

Bom custo beneficio, facil de chegar, bom atendimento, mas não recomendo esse tipo de quarto para familia ou pessoas com necessidades especiais. No ato da reserva não tive atenção que o banheiro (desse tipo de quarto) era compartilhado e como era para uma mulher gestante não era oportuno, mas prontamente a equipe do local me realocou para outro quarto e fiz o upgrade do quarto.
