This hotel is great, from the service and location it was spectacular. I was in the Premium King Bed with balcony and the room was spacious; the bed was large and the room was very clean. The balcony had a beautiful view of the city. The lobby area and the rooftop area are very nice, I enjoyed using the gym and sauna daily. Location wise for someone visiting from Canada was great, lots of high end restaurants and bars in the area, close to museums and other attractions, and as a solo traveler I felt safe to walk around the neighborhood at night. The hotel food isn’t the best but there’s no reason to eat hotel food with all the amazing options around, I would recommend this hotel highly.

Great hotel but no drinking water!
Nice bedrooms with amenities and a modern look. Breakfast is definitely worth it, great coffee options and great variety of foods. I have two main complaints: - Gym equipment is outdated and archaic. - Hotel does not provide drinking water. Not in the rooms, nor in the lobby. This in a country where tap water is not safe to drink. This is beyond bad service, perhaps a human rights violation!

This hotel’s location is excellent. . The staff and services are great but their rooms need upgrading. I have stayed here once before and the first room on a top floor was nice and had a remodeled bathroom. This last stay I was on the 4th floor and the bathroom was tint and needed upgrading. All in all I will continue to stay at this hotel because I love the area but next time will make sure to request an upper floor room.

Arcondicionado do apartamento não funcionava direito e o pedido de manutenção foi sumariamente ignorado. O quarto não tinha tomadas no padrão brasileiro. Contudo, o hotel costumava ser melhor e me hospedava lá há mais de 20 anos. Hospedava, pois não pretendo voltar. Desta vez, solicitei um checkout as 13h, ao invés das 12h. Era um domingo, hotel vazio. Foi negado. Mais de 20 anos como cliente, sem nenhuma consideração. Grosseria para nada, pois é evidente que este apartamento ficou vazio, sem receber limpeza e outro hospede nesta 1h de um domingo em SP.
