"Very pleasant stay overall, but not quite what was advertised. First the good. Excellent breakfast, great check-in and a very good area with plenty of shops, restaurants, fast food and public transport nearby. I didn't check out the gym or the pool. The cleaner only came in when I left the "please clean" sign on the door - also very good. Two issues: first there were no kitchen utensils or anything to eat with in the room. "Staff (front desk, maintenance & cleaning, breakfast servers) were friendly and very helpful. Room was fairly well-appointed, but a bit worn-looking in places. Water pressure and hot water were excellent! Breakfast included a lot of options and was very good. The area is safe and convenient to a number of upscale dining options, particulary Italian restaurants. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool water was greenish, murky and uninviting. Overall a good to very good hotel for its price."

"I visit Itaim Bibi a lot and Wanted to try this hotel. Read the other reviews as, for business travelers at least, the lack of usable wifi is a reason not to stay here. It's not even just slow, it's just impossible to get any connection, and when you do (for 5 mins) it's like dialup at best. I really wanted to like this hotel as it's clean, modern and spacious rooms in a great area, but I just can't overlook the problem with not being able to get any work done on wifi."
