"Nice hotel away from the busier part of town. Very convenient to Gatlinburg. We were there for 4 nights. Breakfast was a nice perk. I had read before my stay that the cleanliness at this property was only average and that was what I found. I did see mold in the shower, carpets were a bit stained, as were the sheets. The sink drain was clogged. All things that I could look past for the nightly rate. Towels were replenished daily, and trash taken out, but beds were not made and there was no...

"My husband is handicap and at check in they arraigned the room to be very accessible for him. The front desk was absolutely amazing. This is the second time we have stayed there, but not the last. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a clean, friendly place to stay. We didn't take advantage, but in the evening there were several families swimming and the pool area looked fantastic."
