"Clean property, great value for money. Would have liked more amenities. Game room was out of service, very basic pool, no complementary snacks/breakfast in lobby. Beds were comfortable but pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I would stay again. Property was clean and parking was easy. Close to attractions but felt secluded."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel! We had a minor inconvenience the first day and the staff went over and above to take care of us. Having the shops and multiple things to do, and restaurants all within walking distance was awesome. Definitely do valet. It was very easy and convenient to text them when we needed our car. The location is really close to Dollywood also. The property winds around The Island and has several elevators that you can come out of to avoid walking to the front desk to exit which...

"My family and I stayed a couple of nights at the Creekstone and we really enjoyed the balcony on the water. The sounds of the rushing water was so relaxing. The king rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The rooms and facilities around them are exceptionally clean also the staff was very nice. We will absolutely love to stay here again when we return to Pigeon Forge. Oh and also the breakfast buffet is wonderful. It is small in offerings but was plenty for us. You can get fresh scrambled...

"This place would have been 5 stars but the ac in our unit didn’t work. For us this is a huge inconvenience as even at home we like it 68 when we sleep. It was above 75 in our room, and we found out other units had broken ac. Everything else was fantastic, and really wanted to give them 5 stars."
