"Staff at check in were amazing super friendly and helpful. Carpeted floors were dirty and needed to be vacuumed. We turned the heat on in the room and it was loud and blew Lukewarm air right at the face when in bed. Would not stay again. "

"The hotel outwardly looked decent...BUT the floor was dirty. The tub had multiple hairs and mildew. The TV was tiny and the remote half way worked. There was trash under the bed and food splatters in the microwave. The final straw causing us to FORFEIT our PAID FOR vacation stay was the discovery of ROACHES on the wall and under the bed. The office was closed at 8:30pm with a phone # posted to call for emergencies. We called. The lady was hateful and refused to help. She actually hung up on us....

"We had a great stay. One morning we did not have hot water, but it was fixed promptly. Heat worked, room was clean, there was no issues getting fresh clean towels, convenient location, staff courteous, good breakfast options. "
