"Everything was great. The only thing yall could do is get higher toilets and recliners in all rooms.I always stay at Creekstone every time i am in Pigeon Forge."

"I went with my partner in mid-January, the hotel is accessible to everything, 10 minutes from Gatlinburg. The rooms were clean, they smelled good, the included breakfast was good, hot and cold options, fruits, good coffee, fresh every day and the area clean. The front desk staff was friendly, the breakfast staff were super good and attentive to everything. The only detail is the noise between rooms and the upper floor, but since it came out early to visit town it isn’t bothered us. The hot water does not last long if there are many people in the rooms, for its cost we found it super good and my priority was cleanliness, so we can return."

"2-12-25: Lovely, super clean hotel with balcony over a relaxing river with ducks below. Although the front desk gentleman who checked me in was cold and unwelcoming, the ladies in the breakfast area were warm and friendly. Excellent breakfast with a nice variety of food. Comfortable beds! We appreciate our stay and would definitely return. Thank you ! "

"Loved the way the room was laid out. Plenty of counter space to prepare snacks and food, with microwave above and refrigerator below. The sink was also in this area which was so convenient! There was a large indoor pool which was really warm, and the entire area around the pool, hot tub and kiddie pool, was warm as well. There were benches out back by the river, and a lighted fire pit to enjoy at night. We will definitely visit again!"

"The location was so cool to experience! Right in the middle of what the island has to offer! Valet parking was worth the money each day. The staff was welcoming and extremely kind. The room seemed clean, the bathroom was huge, and the balcony on the river side view was really relaxing. "

"The property was very well kept and our room was clean. The room was as advertised and spacious. We did notice a couple of times that the front desk staff was distracted. Any issues we had were addressed quickly and fully. "
