"A really nice place to stay. 5 minute walk to Borgo Palazzo tram and bus stops, 10 minute walk to Bergamo Station, 5 minute walk to Il Gigante supermarket, ideal location in Bergamo! Apartment was clean and modern with a kitchenette to prepare meals, great air conditioning, and a nice balcony. Did not have time to make use of the swimming pool and bar/restaurant features in the building but from what I could gather these all seemed fine. Would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed for 3 nights and wished it was a week. The apartment was as comfortable and the view as beautiful as advertised. We did not have a car But it was easy to get to and from the lovely town of Varenna by cab. Marco was a very gracious and helpful host I highly recommend this property. "

"We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! "

"This apt was fantastic! As advertised, clean, plenty of room for family of four. All the amenities you could need. And then, the view is perfect, you sit right on the lake! "The location of this property is perfect. It’s in the main plaza and not to far from the water. 12 minute walk to the ferry & train station. However, they have limited office hours which complicates things if you are getting in pretty late. Grabbing the keys from their office and walking another 12 mins to the actual property was pretty inconvenient (especially if you have luggages). The actual property is really nice and small, good for couples. "

"I hate to leave poor ratings but feel it needs to be said. 1) lights would not work so we discovered circuit breaker had been tripped. We had to flip the circuit several times on the first night because usage of lights and the fan caused outages. Reading other reviews, this seems to be a known problem. 2) shower drain overflowed within a couple of minutes. Water went all over bathroom floor and down wall into first floor. Right along the electrical panel, probably why it is constantly tripping....

"Pictures don’t do justice to the view that awaits the renter of this apartment! The lake and the surrounding mountains are stunning. The apartment is nice and comfortable with a great balcony to enjoy the view. I would recommend getting there during the day since it can be a bit tricky at night. Pay attention to the fact that there are 3 flights of steps to climb, but if steps are not a problem, the view is totally worth it!!!"
