"Very nice and comfortable stay in a beautiful historic building. Having safe and secure free parking attached to the building was a major draw! Not having to worry about finding a parking spot and paying additional parking fees in the city alleviated unnecessary stress. Our stay was due to a family member having surgery with a week long hospital stay at the nearby Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. The property is conveniently located only 2.5 miles away from the hospital making it easy...

She apparently contacted Maintenance but they never came. There was also a road closure that made it impossible to enter the building garage. There were also no washcloths, and the kitchen had only a few glasses and no corkscrew....
