"This is a mixed review. On the whole,we were content. The property met our basi needs, checkin and check-out were easy. The loft was spacious and the unit has the basic unit amenities. There is also a large club space with a pool table and ping pong, and a well appointed gym. On the other hand, while the building annoints itself as a luxury complex, our unit was rather ordinary. Furniture is older and on the cheap side, the shower pressure in the upper bathroom was weak, the exhaust vents...

The host was very responsive to my questions and even had laundry detergent delivered the night before I left so I could get some laundry done! So helpful and kind! "This place was wonderful! Such nice decor, everything was comfy, we wish it could be our summer home! Although it was way too cold to enjoy the deck, it was so nice. Probably the best private rental we have ever stayed in. The neighborhood had everything you'd need nearby and the ubers were cheap to the convention center. Easy to check in, it was great!"

"My friends and I stayed at this apartment for a week and it was a great experience. The check-in process was pretty easy, and apartment looks just as shown in the pictures. The manager left us a bottle of wine as a welcome treat! ☺️ Our stay was good overall, even though we did some minor dusting of the area upon checkin in and was a bit concerned about the overfilled trash bins outside the building, but it’s a beautiful decorated apartment. "This property is excellent for a fun-loving group with plenty of entertainment options and 4 rooms with a total of 10 beds (1 king, 5 doubles and 4 twins) to accommodate a large gathering of friends and family. "The apartment was perfect for 3 adults, 2 in the bedroom; 1 on the sofa bed. Plenty of room to move around. Well-appointed with appliances; dishes, etc that you would need for eating in. Bed was extremely comfortable and that is usually my biggest problem. Everything was clean. The paint could use some touch up in places but you can tell it’s just from wear and tear and not dirty. Nicely furnished with sharp accents and furniture!! Extremely convenient to parking and attractions in center city. "

"What a gem in South in Philly! Amazing location, walking distance to amazing restaurants and attractions. Super accessible to Center City or if you're heading down to the stadiums. Beautiful apartment with everything you need nearby. Gabe & Jon are amazing hosts and I love their online guide with specific check in instructions and a detailed guide about the area attractions. I would definitely recommend!"

"Exactly what I needed. No glitz but a calm, quiet, clean and well located place to stay for an overnight stay in Philly. I also liked the fact that you have to take an elevator up from ground level that opens up only to the lobby. As a woman traveling alone, I liked the fact that the front desk is located with a direct view to that elevator and then you have to switch to a different elevator that is only accessible by guests with a room key. It’s also located in a central location with great shopping in immediate area. I will definitely stay there again when in Philly. Great value. "
