We loved the restaurant and all the staff were so kind and helpful. The spa service was great and we even saw some monkeys running through one day. This place had all the signs of having been lovely once upon a time, but this is no longer the case. "Room was ok but the bathroom was disgusting and I mean it. I've never seen the WC so dirty, it was hard to see anything in the mirror and the bathtub was just really dirty. We asked for a different room and it was also very dirty but a bit better. We couldn't cancel it and we stayed 3 nights there using it only for sleeping. When asked about the loundry service they said that they don't do it although you can see a price list in the reception. Very poor breakfast containing of coffee, 3 slices...
