"I moved out of this place before I was due to and found myself somewhere else to stay. The reason? There was a rat in my room, and even on my bed, during the night. This place had all the signs of having been lovely once upon a time, but this is no longer the case. There was dust everywhere thanks to the building site next door, and the rooms, while big, are very dark. The place I moved into was 100 times more comfortable and half the price..."

"Room was ok but the bathroom was disgusting and I mean it. I've never seen the WC so dirty, it was hard to see anything in the mirror and the bathtub was just really dirty. We asked for a different room and it was also very dirty but a bit better. We couldn't cancel it and we stayed 3 nights there using it only for sleeping. When asked about the loundry service they said that they don't do it although you can see a price list in the reception. Very poor breakfast containing of coffee, 3 slices...

"We loved our stay at Natura Villas. It was a peaceful and relaxing place to stay with a beautiful pool overlooking the ravine and river below. We loved the restaurant and all the staff were so kind and helpful. The spa service was great and we even saw some monkeys running through one day.
