"Ms. Siwi and Ms. Sri made this a very special stay. They were incredibly helpful in communicating prior to our arrival and they were accommodating and hospital during our short stay. They are the magic that made this a memorable stay. The hotel itself is small with not much social public areas. There is a lovely small pool which surprisingly was cold after the rain - a much welcome surprise given the humidity- very refreshing. The restaurant is a wide open air area below ground level. The chef prepares delicious meals and we particularly enjoyed the tumeric drink. The rooms are amazing. The hotel is basically a small reception area with an easy parking spot for cars to pull into and to pick up from, then a set of rooms on three levels (I think). Our rooms were on the ground with stunning views of the padi fields. The rooms themselves were very spacious. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well. The bathroom - the bathtub is enormous- the water pressure is excellent for showers and hot water is indeed hot. The room os beautifully furnished with dark woods and they provide lovely batik robes and comfy slippers. It was very relaxing. They also provide a free shuttle one a day per room to and from Ubud center. We were there during Christmas and traffic was just horrendous as many domestic tourists came with their cars. So it was quite a slog to get through the town. However, once we were at the hotel, all that disappeared. It was incredibly relaxing. "

"We really enjoyed our family stay at Sakti Resort. The grounds are lovely and nestled in the jungle; the pool is lovely (though a bit deep for littles), and the service was warm, receptive and responsive. There are lots of dining options across the street too (including a cute french style bakery and cafe). We had an adjoining room for our kids and the format worked perfectly. The rooms are impeccable and Netflix/Prime is available on TV. i used the spa at the resort which was alsp great. The only area for improvement in my opinion is the restaurant food for dinner, which is averages. Prices are fair though so if you just need a place to eat it works. The breakfast buffet has lots of options and they change it daily for variety. All in all an excellent stay and I would definitely head back with my family or even a group of gfs."
