"Our 3rd stay here. It is convenient, comfortable and staff very friendly. Little blip this time though as bedside lights weren't fixed when we reported it and not during our stay. Bed was great but could be comfier with a matress topper perhaps? Just suggestions really and it wont deter us from staying there again."

"this is an amazing hotel. the car parking is very convenient. both the breakfast and dinner in the hotel is great. the location is very convenient to go to the stirling castle. also, i really enjoyed the staff, they were very friendly and courteous. it's a bit of a walk to the wallace memorial, but well worth it if one is able to go on foot."

"Our room was ready on arrival (before the 2.30 check-in time too). We upgraded to a Quay View Room which was great. Really big room and a good view. Small fridge was handy. We were given complimentary drinks vouchers when we checked-in as a celebration for my birthday. This was really appreciated. We never used the spa at all and only had drinks in the bar area - no meals at all. Parking was easy and cost £6.50 per night. We did have a bit of an issue with double payment being taken, but this was refunded as soon as we made the manager aware. Meal was nice and very well presented (though we were the only people eating so not much atmosphere). Staff all very professional and polite. Sure we will be back again at some point."

"Loved my stay here. My room was beautiful and spacious with a fantastic view over the gardens to the loch. Very large cosy bed, little seating area and dressing table. The bathroom was bigger than mine at home! Tea and coffee supplies were well stocked as were the complimentary toiletries. Only one drawback - shampoo but no conditioner.
