"Breakfast was cold and poor, had to move room (ie to not nice room) but this was not a problem for staff however on check out had to point out bare wires on electric towel radiator (due to broken cover) Had fish and chips in the evening would highly recommend "

"Conveniently positioned in easy range of buses and trains, the room was cosy (although if there had been 3 of us in it it would have been a squash). Unfortunately the dining/pub area is currently out of action. The lack of wifi is regrettable though mobile data does work (at least for Vodafone); I am surprised that wifi "is not provided because of the poor signal in the area" - a lame excuse."

"The staff were great the restaurant was super. Happy to give extra towels, milk etc. The reception staff gave us lots of information on local places and a large selection of information pamphlets in reception plus a large living room type room on the first floor with comfy sofas."

"The hotel had its own Indian restaurant which suited my wife and myself. We did eat there a couple of times and found the service and food very good. All staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. "
