"The cabin was spacious and well appointed. Each bedroom had its own shower/toilet which was very much appreciated with a 2.5 year old and 2 month baby. The setting is lovely over looking a small loch. Perthshire is a beautiful county with lots to explore."

"The unit was quite nice. Close to Killarney and the Ring of Kerry. We had difficulty with the WiFi and tried to get the manager to understand we tried all versions of password-none worked. Still, the unit was nice and we enjoyed that it sat along a beautiful stream. Please fix the WiFi."

"The location of the property is a bit tricky to fund but its worth the drive as it's set up overlooking Loch Tay surrounded by sheep farm and mountains. The chalet had everything we needed for our 2 nights. Beds were very comfy! We enjoyed the long walk to the beach, very Scottish, very magical!"

"Lovely property for a family , with all home comforts. Great location as most towns are an hour drive away at most . We went in Feb so lots of snow, which the kids loved, however if you went in the summer there’s kayaking and fishing on the estate . Also a massive patio area with beautiful loch views"

"The situation of the lodge is stunning, with rowan trees around the property. The weather wasn't good during our stay, but we didn't have to move from the sofa to get spectacular views out of the windows! There was a selection of books to read, which I made use of. "We had a great time in this lovely Cottage. We loved to watch birds and squirrels on our balcony. We enjoyed playing with the owner´s dog Ralph and canoeing on the loch. Portnellan is a great starting Point to reach almost every destination in the Highlands. Our tip for families ist to do the GoApe treetop challenge in Aberfoyle. Enjoy your stay, we did it."
