"Great property for retired couples. Quiet and close to many activities in a 55+ community. Some issues when we arrived…no hot water and refrigerator was making a loud noise. The water heater was replaced the next day, but it took 4 days for the refrigerator. The front door would not lock so we could only lock the screen door. The photos on the VRBO listing were not of the unit that we actual were assigned. Our unit was MUCH Smaller- so that is misleading (I thought VRBO would have had pictures of the actual unit they were advertising).
