"Was in Glendale to work the Final Four. Stayed with one other co-worker. This property was a nice, clean, and safe place to stay. Communication with the host was great. Would recommend for anyone coming through town for a work trip."

"My fiancé and I stayed for a month and this condo was great for us. I didn't have to reach out to the owner for much, but when I did they responded right away. The community pool and hot tub are one of the nicest and cleanest I've ever seen at a resort-like community. Grocery stores, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance, and there are a ton of things to do within a 20-30 minute drive. Overall this was a great experience for us!"

"Very run down, extremely dirty. The dust on the popcorn ceiling was unbelievable to us. The furnace/AC filter seriously needs replaced. We killed crickets, which are scorpion food. The carpet was gross, lots of clutter with empty wrappers under the bed and under the furniture. We rented it for four nights but left after two. Just very disappointing. "The condo was extremely clean and the extras were very helpful. There was coffee, bottled water, paper towels and toilet paper and more to start with. The condo is on the second floor without any elevator but it does have a nice view from the balcony. We loved walking the trails daily! The only problem we had was there were painters there all week for the outside and sealed off the balcony and the windows. Other than that we had a great week! "
