"It was the perfect place to stay for my family! The host was quick and great communicating with me about any questions. The townhouse was clean and stocked with everything we needed; pots and pans, utensils, plates, bowls even spices. I will stay again!!"

"The property was perfect for my son and I visiting for Spring Training baseball. Location was less than 15 minutes to Camelback Ranch and Peoria. Very close to several amenities in the West Gate area. The size and cleanliness of the property was great The host was super responsive to questions. I would stay here again!"

"Attraction was pool hot tub club house and pickleball court. Close to grocery store and restaurants and within walking distance. Close to hospital and Thunderbird Paseo Park which made for siren noise, helicopters and unhoused individuals. Bed had a memory foam on top of mattress and was less than comfortable. Screen doors hard to open and close and didn’t close properly. Patio off bedroom unusable due to it being very dirty and used for storage. Fridge made loud noise and laundry room doors...

"The condo community is densely populated, lots of cars, but quiet. Heard no 'people' noise, but with the patio door open, when the hospital helicopters were flying, kinda noisy. The condo itself had most everything that you need, and my only concern is that for longer stays (I was there 5 weeks), they really do need a vacuum. HUGE living room TV, and newer appliances. FYI, the bed mattress is VERY soft. Good access to some biking trails, and short drives to good hiking trails."

"The condo was extremely clean and the extras were very helpful. There was coffee, bottled water, paper towels and toilet paper and more to start with. The condo is on the second floor without any elevator but it does have a nice view from the balcony. We loved walking the trails daily! The only problem we had was there were painters there all week for the outside and sealed off the balcony and the windows. Other than that we had a great week! "
