"It is our annual family vacation and this year we chose to stay in Peoria Az near the baseball park. This home was laid out perfectly. Two families stayed upstairs…(4 adults and 7 kids) and we(the grandparents) enjoyed bedroom with bath on the main floor. Later in the week our adult son was able to join us and he had his own room. Plenty of space. The kids swam in the pool everyday and we enjoyed the hot tub at night. We played putt putt and enjoyed many of the supplied family games on the outdoor porch. No need to pay for extra entertainment it is all included. Kitchen was easy to use and the beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful time at this location and will keep it on the list for upcoming family vacation . "

"Clean, lots of towles, just as listed and pictured. The pool was actually really warm! Communication with the property manager was easy. One of the better vrbo's weve stayed at. And we have stayed at a quiet a few! Only thing would be the area. Its not the nicest neighborhood but we had no issues at all. Would definitely rent again!"
