"Stayed for two nights in this ground level apartment. I am not an experienced apartment complex person so getting in the gate after dark took a couple tries. Also, I guess, being inexperienced in the ways of large apartment complexes it took me quite some time to find my "condo" with-in the compound. Finally located it right next to the front gate and office area. I was concerned about parking as I had read some other VRBOers had been towed and parked inside the gates in an uncovered spot. ...

"The Cibola Vista Resort & Spa is a lovely property and a good place to consider staying. We arrived after 10 p.m. Check-in was fine but the office area is not well lite and we drove right past it. The Resort is less than 30 minutes from Peoria Sports Complex where we watched two spring baseball games. We were just less than an hour away from Taliesin West and enjoyed our visit there. We chose to walk each day in the Peoria Sunrise Mountain Preserve.Our VRBO reservation request was for 4 nights....

"The property was clean and well taken care of. Perfect for one person. The host was very communicative and responsive. The unit is in a new community that is still being developed. The roads are not paved at this point. That was the only slightly negative feature and did not present any problems for me."

"We had rented 2 condos, 1 for us, 1 for friends. We were informed at the last minute that the owner of one of the units cancelled our reservation. They had no other rooms available. Because of Baseball Spring Training, any available hotel room had raised their prices 3 x the normal amount. Our friends were unable to go. I did not appreciate the hard core time share sales spiel when we checked in."

"The owner needs to update the pictures of this house and needs to be more specific about what is there. It was a clean house, but could use some TLC in some areas like rotting baseboards in the bathrooms, light switches that don’t make sense or don’t turn on any of the lights, etc. The furniture is not what is pictured. The master bed is built for very tall people, but we did find step stools under it on our last day there. Overall, the location of the house and the space that is there is great....
