"The beds were very comfortable and the condo was both clean and appeared newly updated. The kitchen has everything you would need for preparing quick meals and the coffee pot was a dual coffee pot/k-cup machine, which we hadn't seen before but used every morning. We used the screened-in porch several times which looks out over a secure nice walking path around the pond. My husband used both the pool and the hot tub which he said were also clean and not crowded. We would definitely stay here...

"This is the second time we've stayed at this property. Peggy does an excellent job of providing all that is needed to enjoy our time in Arizona. Beds and furniture are very comfortable; condo is clean. Kitchen is fully stocked and new washer/dryer are easy to use. Updates are made regularly. Pool is nearby and very nice. Location is perfect for our needs. AJ's and Walgreen's are a 5 minute walk away. We have already booked for next year, and have peace of mind in knowing it will be great...

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO in Phoenix! The location is perfect, tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood yet still close to everything you could possibly need. There are plenty of amazing restaurants and shops nearby, and we loved being able to explore the beautiful walking trail just steps from the condo.One of our favourite surprises was the turtles in the ponds such a fun and charming touch that made the whole experience even more unique! "This condo property was nice, however the neighbors in the condo above us were noisy and it was very annoying while we were in the condo. The structure must not be very sound proof, and it sounded like the people above us stomped with every footstep, and we could always hear chairs being moved out and in all the time. It was really annoying!"

"The condo was situated at the perfect location for spring training and golfing. We used the hot tub and pool everyday plus our deck faced the East. Perfect warm sunshine in the morning and perfect shade for evening. Clean and extremely comfortable from the towels, bedding and complete kitchen. Great to have a washer and dryer available to us. Definitely will rent again!!!! "
