"This home is beautiful, it has plenty of living space, two living room areas a large kitchen and plenty of space for dining! The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of room for our large party to stay. There are a ton of toys to keep the kids busy which was a plus! The kitchen is stocked with all cooking ware you need and the bathrooms are all stocked nicely. The host is great with communication and super nice! "Classic old home with lots of character! Have never been in a VRBO that was so well stocked. You don't need to bring anything but your clothes. Comfy beds. Would love to see a taller toilet upstairs like the one on the main level. Need to get the yard in shape, looked pretty rough. Close to the St. Johns river, Friday nite food truck and live entertainment. Would stay again!"

"We used this home for our post-wedding retreat due to the location of the venue. It was perfect. Clean, plenty of room, large quiet back yard with more outdoor seating. The kids were very comfortable and everyone slept well. "

"We took a group of foster moms to a conference in Fruit Cove. I did not want to stay in a hotel but a fun house where the moms could relax and enjoy spending time together! This was the perfect place for that!! The swimming pool, the games, the beautiful kitchen and the great hang out places! Plenty of room for all of us!! "Terry and Theresa‘s oasis is definitely just that with a little extra. A very well appointed home surrounded by lush Gardens. Completely fenced and gated in to allow you a safe and secure feeling but also to let your dogs run free. We loved every moment of our stay, especially the chickens made for a daily morning run of fresh eggs. Communication between Terry and Theresa was wonderful.
