"Location is very good…unit is in an older project but has very nice amenities including tv, fridge with ice maker, microwave and coffee maker. Very clean with linens, iron and ironing board and blow dryer. Perfect for our stay (close to the wedding venue) and half the price of a comparable motel room."

"Everything from start to finish was great! Owners are easy to work and were very accommodating. Madonna met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the area and the grounds. Condo was clean, comfortable land well stocked. Just a pleasure!"

"Perfect getaway for my now fiancé for the two of us. Nice quiet place on the river with screened in patio to sit and relax . We went into historic downtown full of people ( which was beautiful with lights for Christmas ) but was nice to retreat to the river. The unit has everything you need to feel at home . We really enjoyed the long weekend here and will come back for future trips to Saint Augustine. "

"Place is very nice and spacious. The grounds are beautiful unfortunately didn’t have a chance to use the pool. Unit was very clean and convenient to family located nearby. Highly recommend if in the area. Lots of stores & restaurants close to unit. "

"A few simple improvements would make a huge difference. More towel bars/hooks in bathroom & inside door. Decent waste baskets. Secured elevator that works. One or two more lamps. The ones by the bed were not enough. Clean ceiling fan would have been nice. We were very happy with the smart tv. We had no problem with noise from neighbors. Pool & fitness room was nice. Plenty of towels, dish soap & a start on toilet paper was nice."
