"We stayed here a few years ago and loved it. This visit was the same. Great location mid-way between Watkins Glen and Geneva. Eclectically decorated and very nicely maintained. Kitchen is well equipped. Strong wifi. Beautiful view looking east over the lake. Watching the sunrise is a must!! "

"House is outdated and needs improvements. Beds were ok. Twin beds were squeaky. Exterior door was hard to lock. Owner communicated that it’s scheduled to be fixed. I understand mice issues but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that there would be mousetraps set in the kitchen. Deck was dirty. AC units worked fine. Does have Wi-Fi. "

"Had a great stay! The location was perfect, close to the wineries & only a 20 min drive to Watkins Glen! Enjoyed beautiful sunrises from the covered porch & relaxing evenings in the hot tub! The only thing I had a problem with was the large gaps in the fence that my dogs could easily get through & the fact they needed to be on the leash while in the yard. Not a huge problem but not what I expected "

"We had a nice relaxing stay at the property. The hot tub is a necessity and made this place stand out. Cute decor and set up as we arrived which was a nice touch.My main critiques lie within the really easy upgrades that there could be to make the comfortability more complete. The shower head is a glorified water spicket that just shoots water at you (not ideal if you want to take a relaxing shower). The only couch in the living room is pretty rough.
