"Location location location! We spent 5 days walking Florence and this hotel was 5-15min walk to everything. Keep in mind they are in the heart of everything so it can be a bit noisy with the windows open but with the windows closed it was quiet enough. Our room had a balcony and we loved it. Had breakfast once and it was very good - a lot of food! Highly recommend this hotel "

"It’s good/average for 3 star hotel with good breakfast. Check in time is set and cant check in early ( but luggage can stay inside of locked area). Hotel/staff is helpful and clean. If you have small kids I wouldn't recommend, you have to pass by big crew of refugees every time you goto duomo/restaurant area. Only 6min from centrale/hertz. it’s excellent "

The rooms are luxurious, the beds are comfortable, the service is top notch. I would not hesitate another visit to this splendid property. We did not eat on site, other than breakfast in bed one morning (which was lovely). So I cannot comment on the dining.
