"The concierge at this hotel was amazing! She booked several appointments for me, National Museum and Tiananmen Square, which I wouldn’t have been able to do on my own without a local phone number. She also followed up with me to ensure I knew exactly where to go. The pool, like all the other reviews rave about, is also amazing!!! "

"The hotel staff was very nice. Every staff and especially 汤志龙 was very helpful and nice! He helped me find an airplane model shop in Beijing and it made my kid's day! Without his help, my kids will be very sad... he even called to get the address, directions and everything for us! The rooms were clean! Always new and fresh towels every single day. Beds were always made and clean. I cannot wait to come back to this hotel when I visit Beijing!!!! Thank you so much for everything you and your team did for our family!!!"

Super convenient for railway station

"We only stayed overnight to get a morning railway trip to Shanghai. The service at checkin and checkout was exceptional. The staff arranged a taxi for us in the morning. The room was clean and fairly comfortable - my only complaint was the bed was a bit hard. But we were only there one night. The breakfast was tasty and had a lot of variety. "

"Nice comfortable room. The bed is comfortable. However the pillows are too soft for me. Need to request for other kind of pillows. Plus point: coffee machine but the taste of capsule coffee is so-so only. Not original Nespresso coffee. Breakfast buffet has decent range of choices. "
