"The air conditioners were very weak. My villa never got cool enough. The villa also was dated and needed some upkeep. However, the villa was very large, private, quiet, no bad smells and the grounds were nice. Overall, for the price it was fine. If they just updated the place and replaced the old air conditioner units it would be an excellent place to stay. "

"No Pool, No Restaurant, Nothing Around for kms, horrible place to stay unless you want to just golf and go to the water park. Difficulty to even get to the beach. Strange place overall, looks like the foundation of a future Disney World, completely undeveloped area with 2 major hotels and a golf course, with 8 more large hotels in early construction stages, just no attractions to fill the future rooms.
