"This was such a unique place to stay. You have to be ready for the trek to get there but once you do, the views are incredible. The place itself is rustic but charming. The staff were scrambling when we arrived because they couldn’t find our reservation but once that was settled, they were good. The food was amazing! We spent hours on our balcony, enjoying the view. Would recommend!"

"A unique property away from the hustle. Stunning ocean front views were breathtaking. Access was a mission with 282 steps (yes we counted) and with the rain we had to wait for it to stop so we could venture out. Also, there is a 300 meter narrow one way road from the main road to the top of the carpark (before the steps). Drivers were good at navigating this windy road. "Loved this tucked away spot! Our suite was great. Absolutely no complaints. Had a beautiful hillside view. When we initially arrived, my friend and I booked a studio for a couple of nights, and the shower water seemed to have a bit too much chlorine, but there was an outside shower by the pool that we’d use and that water seemed perfectly fine. We spent most of our time at the nearby beach. "

"This place is very close (walking distance) to the Uluwattu temple, which is very convenient. Otherwise, I don't really recommend Uluwattu as the area is very touristy and overpriced. The hotel staff seem pleasant enough, but were a bit impatient. The TV did not work, and even though we asked several times for them to come and fix it, we gave up because it seemed easier. The room itself (suite) was beautiful however a lot of animals like geckos leave their droppings everywhere in the room...

"Lovely place to stay in Uluwatu right in the middle of everything. Easy to get around and walkable to a few restaurants and shops. Yoga offered on weekdays at the resort next door. They were able to upgrade me to a wooden cottage, which was lovely, but was located right next to the restaurant and therefore loud early morning and in the evenings. A pack of monkeys came through and though they caused some trouble, it was a really neat experience. "

"Everything was great about this property EXCEPT the bathroom. It reeked so bad especially at night the sewage smell comes out of the bathroom or toilet. I had to shut the toilet and doors and was struggling to go inside when I needed to. The bed and pillows was super comfortable and spacious and cozy room and property. Just hope they can seal the sewage smell soon. "
