"Pros: very sleek and contemporary furnishings- unit is very modern with tons of storage-very quiet-washer/dryer in unit is great for 9 day stay-housekeeping is very accommodating and pleasant-Cons: “buffet breakfast “ is terrible- the property has no on-site restaurant, for “breakfast “ walk to the adjacent shopping mall to a pizza shop where a “breakfast “ is set up/ horrible! Paid for 9 breakfasts, ate one! They should not offer a meal at all! Large pink “claw” machine spoils reception...

"Checking in and out took a long time. Not too close to shopping areas (20 minutes walk) but still quite convenient"

As regards communication if you don’t speak Mandarin you will find it difficult to communicate with not just the hotel staff but the people in general I had to communicate through WeChat because it had translation option."

"The location is great. Lots of restaurants nearby, 50 yards from a subway station, and a bust stop also very close. However, the room was just ok. Kitchen had no dishes or cookware, so it was pretty much a waste of space. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have endured in as long as I can remember. It served the purpose. One thing I found strange was that the reception desk said there was no breakfast. However, on the day I checked out, I saw people eating breakfast. Go figure. "

"Everything was Nice. Staff are all nice although we had problems with language barriers since we dont speak in chinese. Only comment is, I booked in for 4 people (2 kids and 2 adults) but didnt realize that breakfast is only for 2 people.. not sure if that is clearly disclosed in upon booking. I have an assumption, that when you book 4 people, then every guest must be entitled to their free breakfast"

"I am still shocking on what the room i had. The reception was closed due the Lunar Chinese New Year, I need to pay extra for roaming phone call to ask for the room’s detail and passcode. The rooms seems like had been used. One cup only. Dirty floor. Used amenities kit in the toilet’s drawer. Opened cotton swaps in the wash basin. The towels seems like had been moved by someone else. Broken toilet LED light in toilet. Weak shower. Poor in all the way."
